Citing delays in obtaining a state construction permit, Knox County school officials will begin offering the program destined for the new school at Knoxville Center mall at a different location this month. School officials are in the midst of identifying students who will benefit from the program that will temporarily be housed at the Lincoln Park Technology and Trade Center in North Knoxville, Superintendent Jim McIntyre said Wednesday.
